This dish is spicy and creamy which most of Bicolanos love. It is made of taro leaves, coconut milk, chilis, and other ingredients. Perfectly paired with a freshly steamed white rice.
2 thumbs-sized ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
3 pcs of red chilis
300g of fried pork belly
2 cups of coconut milk (2nd extract)
1 & 1/2 tbsp of sauteed shrimp paste
100g of dried taro leaves (1pack)
10-12 pcs of green chilis
1 cup of coconut milk (1st extract)
