This dish is a Filipino fish dish, a healthy dish it is made with fried fish simmered in tomato-scrambled eggs.
Serve it while it’s hot with freshly steamed white rice and enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
5 pcs of tomatoes
1 & 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
2 cups of water
6 pcs of beaten eggs
750g of fried tilapia
2 stalks of spring onion
