HOW TO MAKE LUMPIANG GULAY (exact ingredients below)
Lumpiang gulay is a Filipino dish or appetizer. It is a deep fried spring roll filled with bean sprouts, green beans, mushroom, fried tofu, carrots celery etc. It is best eaten with a spiced vinegar dipping sauce.
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 – 3 tbsp of water
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
100g of carrot
100g green beans
300g of bean sprout
50g of mushroom
2 stalks or 50g celery
200g of fried tofu
