TINOLANG MANOK WITH A TWIST is a soup based Filipino chicken dish served as the main course. This dish traditionally cooked with chicken, green papaya or sayote, leaves of siling labuyo, some prefer with malunggay leaves.

However this version is cooked with a twist. Tinolang Manok is better served while steaming hot with freshly cooked white rice.

2 thumb-sized ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized of onion
750g of chicken
2 & 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
4 cups of water
3 eggs
1 pc of beaten egg
60g misua
1 tsp of sugar
300g or big-sized patola
1 cup malunggay leaves
3 pcs green chili
