INGREDIENTS:

#1 Vegan Googly Eyes

1 cup + 2 tsp powdered sugar (120g + 2 tsp)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla or 3-4 drops of vanilla aroma
3-5 tsp non dairy milk

a handful of bittersweet chocolate chips

yields 1 ½ baking sheets of googly eyes

#2 Eyed Blueberry and Chocolate Energy Balls

~100g deglet noor dates (3.5oz)
33g almonds (⅓ cup)
45g + 1 tbsp small cut oats (½ cup + 1 tbsp)
⅓ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chia seeds
50g frozen berries (⅓ cup)

100g vegan chocolate chips (½ cup + 1 tbsp or 3.5 oz)
+ 1 tsp coconut oil
a handful of pre made googly eyes from recipe #1

→ yields about 10 energy balls

#3 Snow Owl Rice Cakes

rice cakes
vegan cream cheese (sub w chocolate spread or nut butter to make brown owls 🦉)
oreos, only the halves with the white cream sticking to it
chocolate chips or premade vegan googly eyes
white almonds

#4 Vegan Pizza Mummy Bites

1 sheet of accidentally vegan puff pastry (275g) (9.7 oz)
about ½ cup pre made tomato sauce (125ml) → 2-3 tsp per mini pizza
vegan salami, cut into pieces
vegan pizza cheese, optional but recommended add it before the thin pastry strips
bake at 180C

optional vegan googly eyes ( i literally only added those to take photos haha)

yields 10-12 pizza bites

#5 Pumpkin Swirl Brownies

For the chocolate part:

125 g + 1 tbsp flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
45 g unsweetened cocoa (1/2 cup minus 2 tsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
185g sugar (1 cup minus 1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp vanilla
70g pumpkin pureé (2.47oz)
1/2 cup sunflower seed oil (125ml)
1/2 cup non dairy milk (125ml)

For the main pumpkin part:

150 g pumpkin purée (5.3oz)
3 tbsp plain soy yogurt
3 tbsp melted vegan vegan butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Yields one brownie pan anything around 8 x 8 inches (20 x 20 cm)
