Hi, here’s me making some foods from the Twilight book and movie! This video was so much fun. What franchise should I do next?

#1 Cauliflower Steaks and Potatoes

3-4 medium sized yellow potatoes
1 medium sized cauliflower
olive oil for the cauliflower

for the marinade:

2 tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water (60ml), add more as it’s simmering to adjust the consistency
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 ½ tbsp date syrup or other liquid sweetener
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp miso paste
pinch of salt
spices of choice

for serving: vegan butter, fresh parsley

for Bella’s “Salad”:

raw cauliflower
romaine lettuce
cherry tomatoes
corn sticks? What do you call these? also I think you have to cook them first if they don’t come in a can

→ serves 2

*If you’re making this for more people feel free to do two baking sheets, one for the potatoes and one for the cauli

#2 Homemade Cinnamon Puffs

1 ½ cups flour (280g)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
⅓ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup minus 1 tbsp sugar (90g)
⅓ cup vegan butter (75g) (2.64 oz) measure it cold – then melt it!
¼ cup non dairy milk (60ml)
3 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened

also optional: 1 tbsp vegan butter + 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

*yields 3-4 baking sheets of cinnamon puffs – store in 1-2 big glass containers

#3 Mushroom Ravioli

200g flour (7.05 oz)
100 g wheat semolina (3.52 oz)
½ tsp salt
140 ml water (4.7340 fl oz) = ½ cup + 1 tbsp
1 ¼ tbsp olive oil ( + 1 tsp for your hands later )

for the filling:

1 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp olive oil
200g mushrooms (7.05 oz)
2 cloves garlic
a large handful of parsley, chopped
zest of ½ lemon
salt, pepper to taste
⅓ cup soy cream (80ml)
2 tsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp flour

ideas for serving:

1 tbsp vegan butter melted with 1 crushed clove of garlic
extra parsley
vegan parmesan made out of a cup of roasted, salted cashews + 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

*yields 15 – 20 ravioli
*you can freeze the ravioli once you’ve filled and shaped them – lay them all out on a plate or a baking sheet with parchment paper, freeze them for like 2 hours, then transfer the frozen ravioli to a ziplock bag or a tupperware box to store them in the freezer – just boil them for a few minutes when you want to eat them
*you can also freeze the ball of pasta dough, or freeze half the ball of pasta dough, simply wrap it up in some parchment paper and then put it in the freezer – after defrosting it, roll it out as per usual and shape the raviolis

#4 My Version of a Berry Cobbler

vegan butter for the pan

1 cup frozen raspberries (100g)
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries (155g)
3 tbsp sugar
a pinch of cinnamon
a squeeze of lemon juice
2 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour (120g)
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup sugar + 1 tbsp (80g)
¾ cup non dairy milk (180ml)
⅓ cup vegan butter (75g) (2.64 oz) measure it cold – then melt it!
2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened

*yields 1 8×8 inch, 20 x 20cm baking pan
