SINIGANG NA PRITONG TILAPIA SA MISO is a Filipino dish soup that is made of tilapia which is stewed in ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, fish sauce, ground pepper and miso paste for umami or savory taste. Serve it while it’s hot and don’t forget the freshly steamed white rice!
Miso is made from fermented soybeans, with salt and koi. It has rich texture, salty, and sour taste.
1 thumb-sized ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 small-sized tomatoes
2 tbsp of miso paste
2 tbsp of fish sauce
4 cups rice water
2 stalks lemongrass
4 medium-sized fried tilapia
7 pcs string beans
7 pcs ladyfinger
2 bunches mustasa
3-5 pcs of green chili
