SIMPLE & EASY WAY TO COOK KALDERETA (exact ingredients below)
Kaldereta is a type of meat stew tomato-based Filipino dish. This version consists of chicken feet and egg sauteed in garlic, onion, cooked in tomato sauce and simmered with vegetables. Serve it while it’s hot with a freshly steamed-white rice, perfect with a condiment as well such us fish sauce with calamansi and chili.

6 cloves garlic
600g of fried chicken feet
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
3 cups of chicken stocks
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 tsp of sugar
85g of liverspread
1 medium-sized of fried potato
1 medium-sized of fried carrots
5 pcs of hard boiled eggs
