Dinuguan is a Filipino pork stew dish. It is sauteed in garlic, onion, fish sauce, ground pepper and simmered in pork’s blood and lemongrass. Serve it while it’s steaming hot with freshly steamed white rice.

700g of fried pork belly
5 cloves of garlic
1 big size of onion
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 cup of water
2 stalks of lemongrass
300g pork liver (soaked in vinegar)
2 cups of pork blood
4 pcs of green chili
